HEVEL VACUUM BV, founded in 1975,
is the manufacturer of the excellent SUPER EXPORT® vacuum bags and HEVELYN® special films.
The HEVEL vacuum bags and films are produced out of a coextruded multiple layer film, consisting of selected raw materials such as Polyamide, EVOH, Surlyn and Polyethylene or EVA. It is suitable for vacuum packaging because of its low gas and water vapour permeability, its high stability and tenacity and its good transparency. Especially for food products, for aroma compact packaging and for special technical application areas.

Our unique and excellent SUPER EXPORT® vacuum bags are manufactured by a special process. This guarantees an aseptic interior, due to the introduction of pure air into the bags during manufacture through an ABSOLUTE FILTER. This process also ensures an easy opening of the bags. The bags do not stick together and are not powdered.

The HEVELYN® special films are known worldwide for their constant quality, stretch and smooth running on all common machines. A high glance for a perfect product presentation is achieved thanks to the lower forming temperature.

HEVEL vacuum bags and flexible films are printable without any prior treatment in flexo- and gravure printing techniques. All raw materials used in the production meet the American FDA - and European food regulations. HEVEL bags and films are microwaveable.

ENVIRONMENT
HEVEL vacuum bags and flexible films do not contain PVC, PVDC or Softener, and are not X-Ray treated. All Hevel bags and films are 100% free of powder.
